Too many amateurs giving you bad advice.How does waiting til they look at the other offer hurt you other than the possibility of you losing the deal?

I doubt you are dealing with an amateur here.  

The problem with scaling up your plan is that a certain % will go sideways, including a handful if guys like me who go subterranean to find owners, heirs and others then sue amateurs for sport.It's always worth a try.
