You can have them do ACH deposits into your account every month with a memo of address and correspond unit number.

I have a property that has a few minor flaws,  appliances not working (dishwasher/jacuzzi tub), vanity and medicine cabinet paint peeling, scuffed floors. 

It is very powerful and customizable.I have a tab for every property.I have data like AC filter size and trash day for each property.Tenants pay rent by Zelle, ACH or many just deposit it directly into my bank account.Using these tools and systems I can easily manage many property with just minutes of my time monthly.

I do know that it is a world class city, truly, for medicine and biotech. 

My background is medicine and have only within the last few months gotten hooked onto the bigger pockets podcast and the idea of house hacking. 

@Andy Mirza Indiana - and you are correct, this borrower is in a CH 20 (first was ch 7 signed reaffirmation did not make a payment, started FC and filed Ch13).

And likely you'll have the option to pay via ACH which is much easier. 

Getting things set up properly in the beginning can eliminate some head ache in the future.
