If it's grease I've had good luck using either the drain cleaner someone else listed earlier or dishwasher detergent with hot water, let set overnight- it's the strongest detergent you can buy, but won't damage plastic pipes (can work on slow toilets as well, since it breaks down, er "food").

Oceanside is the town right by MCB Camp Pendleton, so there is a very high marine presence there which makes it prime for long buy-and-holds.

Biggest Myth in my opinion is there is an over night way to wealth, mainly correlated to wholesaling...

FDIC took over and valued everything at a penny per thousand dollars, doors chained overnight, coffee and family photos on desks were dumped.Chase got $300 billion in  liquid assets, $400 Billion in real estate holdings, and clients of west coast and Florida branches.

If that happens overnight after 12:00 pm after closing, then the police report etc will help. 

Wealth isn't achieved overnight, and it makes no sense to take on unnecessary risk.
