With the amount of fraud out there, you cannot be surprised that everyone is checking IDs like crazy.I have a good friend that just moved into a new house and the City Water Dept wanted every form of ID you could imagine.....including his SS #.

For you, if you’re making great money and you’ve already sold your home, I imagine that you will be looking at top home prices, which makes it even more sense to do one of these strategies, because most higher priced homes are the ones comes with higher mortgages and a 1/4 reduction in rate makes an impactful savings.

the book in the bp bookstore. i did the rookie boot camp 2y ago that i imagine this book is kind of based around, and one of the first steps was picking your strategy. the tough part is: THEY ALL WORK. but they all require different skill sets, different amounts of time, and will create a different-looking life for you once the ball is rolling. you have to lay out what skills you have, what you do and don't like doing, how much time you have, and what your vision is for your investor-life 5y down the line, and choose the strategy that aligns best with those things.

In other words, you'll end up with tons of info and great advice, but none of it is going to do anything for anyone unless that information is applied and executed.I do appreciate the info, the knowledge and material given in the workshop and for free online, I can only imagine the more expensive course will provide even more of that.Good luck with your decision.

Totally agree, and I should add I don’t envy Scott’s job, he’s doing the best he can in a frankly really tough both media space & the rates hikes I can’t imagine have been good for traffic, I think the other thing I should add is I don’t mind people on bp profiting off their work or appearances on bp so as long as they are able to also bring good advice add value, if Dave wants to give great 1031 advice and than charge people for his time great!
