thank you @Matthew Crivelli I know most lenders won't accept a second position, but just wondered if a seller or other private lender was allowed as a second position holder on the dp.

Second lien holders may get wiped out should it come to a place where the first forecloses; the first lien position is the strongest.

Lean and quick, no extra mouths that have to be fed.While you save and learn, drive for dollars (tired plexes are my favorite) and talk to garage sale holders and ask if they're planning to move.  40% or so are future sellers or tenants leaving.

In 22 years we've never had an exchange fail where the taxpayer stayed consistent from sale to purchase - whether or not there was a change of title holder through a disregarded entity.

This isn't to try and get one over on you, but I'd have to protect myself against the tough transition points between the surprises that they hadn't finished yet, or did incorrectly (not saying due to shotty work, it just happens sometimes), or any other things that I'd then be placing myself responsible for as the new license holder on the permit.

What really rubs me the wrong way about all this is that I've been a loyal BofA account holder going on ten years, and it's none other than my own bank that is telling me this.Is it me, or is there something fishy about their refusal to keep everything in writing?
