If you have a valid reason, you may have someone make claims till the cows come home, they have to prove the discrimnation card, you don't defend against them but toyour decission.

Sub then filed suit against the property owner, and then against the owner's employer...the PM company, since THEY do have worker's comp coverage.The PM's insurance carrier is defending the case, BUT they had to post a reserve in excess of half a million dollars in case they lose, AND, they are canceling the insurance for the PM.

You will notice also that the ones that tend to defend it here on BP usually have a link in their signature to some sort of coaching or system that they themselves sell, no need to say more.There is definitely value in coaching, I've used business coaches in the past and I'm a paid coach for high level athletes.
