Or, install the floating vinyl planks.If exterior stairs are needed, construct them so there is no room to loiter or store personal belongings outside.Install a/c condenser units on the roof, if possible.Verify that all utilities are metered separately.Install one-piece shower tub units so there are no grout/corners to clean and/or caulk.Install shower/tub drain strainers to decrease clogged plumbing.

I have heard if you have cloth furniture shoved up against outside walls the part touching the wall can get cold and have moisture condense on it...although where you live that doesn't sound like something that would happen.

When the steam in the system condenses back to water and makes its way back to the boiler it will flood the boiler.Unfortunately, I don't know what your radiators look like so I can't really help you on the sizing at this point.
