When I realized it was all @Frank Chin as well, I did a deep dive the past couple of nights to learn more.

However, appreciation is something to consider, though you may need to finance your condo out of pocket while you are waiting for it to appreciate, unless you put down a big enough downpayment.According to friends who are active in the brokerage community in Manhattan, they are seeing a lot of flight capital coming into New York right now, whether it is from China or Europe.  

I'm going to preface this post by saying, I'VE NEVER BEEN TO CHINA.

If it's something stupid, I wait a day to respond.As someone else said, this is what I signed up for and I smile at the $100/month/property I save.Figure out how to get good tenants and it'll all be fine.The only time it was an issue was when a tenant texted me while I was working in China at 2am. 

I suspect even with those non contingent offers and substantial non refundable EM .. would still get looked at and probably shut down.. other wise why even have a real estate industry... it could be like China were there is no RE industry anyone can do anything they want at any time.

It was affordable and was was a fast fix as the Fabuwood cabinets are shipped from China knocked down and go a local factory where they are stocked flat and assembled locally and shipped.

@Jim DavisIf I was to start over, I’d dump all of my money into high risk penny stocks from China.

@Brad Fausett I'm gonna give you the biggest help anyone can in this and say stop digging, your on the way to China with that grave. 

If China initiates war then sure semiconductor stocks.
