During this 24-month period, the property must be rented to another person at a fair market rental value.After the 24 month period your sibling could convert it into a primary residence.

@David To In Texas there is a way of using tenant personal property to pay past rent.

I’m personally based in Houston, TX, and I’ve noticed over the years that a good realtor can do a lot more for an investor than just listing a property.

If you are just a plain person they usually must serve you in person. 

Jorge told us don't expect anything for awhile possibly a couple years...I have myself personally have $50,000 invested with them and I doubt I will ever see it again.
