. $161. 59 - https://www.walmart.com/ip/Queen-Mattress-Lecuneey-10-Queen-...So, it isn't a well known brand but it does have some decent reviews but like anything, subjective...I would add a 2" or 4" memory foam topper then a waterproof pad on top of it and it should be OK.This is what we do with the 12" Zinus mattresses we have and they have been great for 8 years now.Hard to beat that price.

It seems like they are being unprofessional and do not want to.The issue is that depreciation schedules are not given to the IRS when you submit the return.4562 which is used to calculate depreciation is given to the IRS but it does not factor in non-depreciable items such as land.
