My personal belief is that newbies are especially vulnerable to these types of programs and seminars.  

People use this website and forums so they can be "vulnerable" if you will.

I got a lot of opinions, but no one willing to be vulnerable. 

The property has pretty high walls around so I don't think the journalists can see in but I think she is just older and feels shaken and vulnerable.

@Lawrence Gillett Great comments here, ironically real estate can be one of the key vulnerabilities of this type of business.

Because now is when you're most vulnerable.

I feel so sorry for that family, their lawyer totally screwed them over and they lost a lot of money paying fees for unnecessary services and he tangled up their lives at a time they were most vulnerable. 

Should I pay down the rental property to get it under the market value and then refinance so I’ll have more equity stronger cash flow and less vulnerability ?

I assume they don’t want to take on a bank or mortgage co but an individual or LLC is vulnerable?

I understand there are vulnerable populations that have limited abilities to increase their income.
