I have equity in my property which is in Washington state, and I'm interested in finding an investor who would be interested in loaning me 20k to 30k in exchange for an agreed percentage rate when the house sells (within 10 years).

I might know someone in Connecticut that could help in exchange for purchasing one or more of these properties.

., business and personal accounts with sufficient reserves to cover checks returned insufficient.When a contractor or service person I have paid needs the money immediately, and I’ve given them a check instead of ACHing or Zelle the money to them, they go to my bank (B of A) and merely exchange the check for cash.  

If you do a 1031 exchange, you’ll never have to pay taxes on it on the other hand.

I know and understand 1031 exchanges, but even after being an experienced realtor, I’ve never been involved in one.

Any suggestions on a good 1031 exchange company?

As long as that portion costs more than $100k exchange.

Would that $150k come out of the $500k proceeds involved in the exchange?
