Good Morning  BP family,Today I woke up whit some questions that I want to share whit you : How to Invest in Real Estate Safely, in Any Market, and Even in Times of Crisis and difficult like the ones we are experiencing now with high interest rates, high market prices and an uncertain future with the year 2023.Thank you.

I'm guessing that's legislation (Patriot Act, or any others in say past 10 years) --- or maybe I just didn't know

I am glad to see that the Mayor runoffs will be between two people that realize the need to change things substantially from the present and that both have State of Texas legislative experience. 

I don't think we will start to see a increase in supply until there is a big push for building, probably through legislation.

As I see it, it's a higher leverage/higher returns versus lower leverage/higher safety scenario.Does anyone have any other thoughts on strategies to balance risk/return in an uncertain future?

Sorta BRRRR but then I’m always uncertain of multi-family vs single family.

To me, the choice between an income-producing rental and money in an always uncertain market I'd go with the former.Good luck and keep us posted!
