I have a slab house in Florida where we gutted the bathroom, and wanted to swap the toilet and sink, and replace the tub.  

At least their letting you know, If it was me I have a copy of the key for the lock on the unit, so I would remove the lock take it to Big Box or Hardware store ask them to re-key the lock and give you 5 new keys.. cost is simple, or use it as a swap lock and put on new lock for now,, If you have matching locks take them both off and in for re-key,, the down side is tenant has to be home while your out doing the locks.I personally don't like the rekey yourself locks, I've done it but timing isn't' always the best to do that.

It would good to swap learnings sometime!

Might be as simple as swapping a few of the outlets over to a new or different circuit. 

I wouldn't swap rent for work, it's never worked well for me.

Second - I currently have two hotel listings so I'd love to connect with any sellers, buyers or brokers working in this market to swap ideas, valuation and marketing strategies specifically related to hotels. 

So far, one tenant did swap out the existing curtains for room-darkening ones, but that's it.

As others have mentioned, the WSJ Prime is one index but others are the T-Bill index, the LIBOR and the 10 year swap rate to name just a few.A 5/1 ARM has a fixed period for the first 5 years and then adjusts yearly (typically) thereafter. 

Maybe this sounds too easy, but could I swap a Private Lender's role for Seller Financing/Land Contract??

Buy them as they come available and swap your units out.
