I have never AirBnb'd a rental before, but I haf the idea to build an earth bag dome with a bamboo and palm frond roof tiny house and a few Tiki huts on my own land in FL and renting them out as nightly rentals.  

I believe in more than 6 months savings for emergency funds, and I believe in vanilla cookie cutter growth in equities(growth based intl and domes funds).For real estate, ideally I could go all cash on some properties & just be stuck with minimal month to month demand but significantly less reserves.

It was an absolutely stunning property and clearly another investor(s) vacation home but really an AirBnB throughout the year.

I'm a little nervous of getting a new flip not on MLS since maybe there's things they could be hiding and it's like putting lipstick on a pig, but at the same time I have seen some remodels that are stunning and it's clear there is an emphasis on craftsmanship.
