Each offices is independently owned and operated so while they strive for the McDonald's approach the personality of the managing broker and the owners colors your experience at the office.

I very much strive to save my owners money especially on repairs/upgrades because retail prices for most things are just too high for an investor.

I am still in the learning process and striving to save up capital, which I am completely aware of the fact that it will be a great ordeal, but definitely manageable.
