Suggestion #6: I never saw this in any school or college I attended, but I saw it ALL the time in the establishments where I worked: How about comment cards and suggestion boxes placed in strategic locations throughout the school AND [maybe] in businesses throughout the community?

I was just wondering, from a strategic point of view if anyone had any ideas on how to turn this into a better situation for all concerned (especially me and the small rehabbers!).

A real estate crash typically takes months or years giving you time to think, strategize and react.

I wanted to get advice on how to best strategize on this from this great network.

They somewhat pretend to have your best interests at heart but in reality want you to agree to a price as quickly as possible.Sometimes I even get the feeling that they collude with the sellers agents to strategize on the offer i’ll accept the quickest.What do you guys think?
