Both homes are waterfront properties on a boating, sporting and fishing lake in East Texas.

The good news is they still capture that we're waterfront, have a pool and outdoor bar in the image, but it's not my ideal choice.

The good news is that once you gain some traction and close a few deals you can hire a VA to help at least make the initial calls and hand off only the sellers interested in an offer 

Unfortunately, I received the devastating news that my property has caught on fire.

The good news is the bigger the loan, the more more open the banks to lend you a non recourse loan, that means you dont need a guarantor in the US, they will underwrite based only on the property cashflow.
