Hello, I am looking for recommendations on where to purchase single or double-hung windows for a house I am flipping.

Now there are some improvements (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, upgrading windows) where that flips on its head, but it's still something to really plan through. 

I slightly protect myself by having a sliding scale with the renovation costs. 

Is this shift here to stay, or is it a window of opportunity? 

If it helps the kitchen is near a door and the kichen has a window, but I feel like I couldnt rely on a tenant to open a window/the door everytime they cook.

I have seen many situations where a tenant in an upstairs apartment would leave their window open in the winter because they were hot while the tenant downstairs kept the thermostat up.
