@Jeanni Prescan any dog breed can be a service animal, the dog has to go through some training to get certified.

There's also something to be said for the dog breed and what your insurance company might require/insurance limitations for certain breed types. 3) I'd still screen the new tenant; any time a person plans to reside on the property and they're going to be over the age of 18 it is advised that you screen them and make sure they're on the lease.

I would grow pecans or something in GA or raise a special breed of el paca.

My lease states that tenants are responsible for all ordinary Landscaping which would include watering, mowing, and weeding. for larger tasks like pruning trees, I prefer to hire contractors that know what they're doing.as for pets, you can place restrictions on breed, size, or type.
