I am on an income sensitive repayment plan and they were trying to take 1% of my total debt to use even thought that is no where near what I pay a month.

I am biased since I am allergic and may be overly sensitive but I think the damage they do by smell is far worse than the damage you are likely to encounter from a dog.

It’s difficult to exactly quantify and everyone will have a different opinion of what’s “safe” but we evaluate historical cap rates and the volatility of those cap rates as well as run a sensitivity analysis with changing rent growth and cap rates.
