from my experience in renting apartments from landlords kind of depends on where your place is located. right now I live in a college community and they do semester deals. when I was in vernal UT it was an oilfield community and they usually did 6 months to a year with a high deposit.

I do see how this idea could be abused though, and that it still may be unwise to suck up a great deal of your passive income to pay for a flashy car every month.I'm a senior at VCU wrapping up my last semester, and all I have at the moment is an adequate emergency fund and a small investment portfolio.

If this were the end of August and the semester was breathing down your neck, that would be a different story.So I would pass now and double down on advertising.
