Along with probably 100 plus rentals we sold and most of those were to under 40 investors or at least half. that segment is a power segment and will be for years to come.

This generally occurs with more expensive properties in those areas because your target market segment gets smaller due to BAH rates but it is something to think about.

I saw a financial news segment discussing that all the big banks, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, USAA, etc... are all holding off on collecting mortgage payments, credit card payments, personal loans, etc... for up to 3 months and not charging any late fees or reporting any negative hits to the credit bureaus if you're a Fed and being affected by the shutdown.

I had my focus on (Broward, Hollywood/Del Ray Ft Lauderdale etc.)It's a very diverse area but also very segmented as far as neighborhood demographics.
