Hi @Miriam Velazquez- I'll start by saying that I'd recommend reaching out to a Trust Attorney to get the most accurate information and that I am not a trust attorney and so only offer up the insights that I have gained from trainings and conversations on this topic. 

Is it a temporary stay for training/internship?   

There is a underlining fear of missing out by not joining certain events, trainings, masterminds, or coaching.

If the broker will let you, go to all their new hire training. 

I have not taken the training so not saying there is an issue with the training but I am not a fan of high priced training

My thoughts are find a house that doesn't need rehab because I'll be extremely busy with training.

@Jordan Moorhead The DOD opened a pathway for service members do some job training before transitioning out of active service.

There is an initial 350 training fee, but you get fully refunded upon completion of basic training (6 hourly meetings over 6 weeks I believe) and upon first closing.  

Keep in mind it was the largest portfolio reference on their entire site.Many people here hold themselves out as experts and experienced when the training wheels are still on their bicycle.

Plus, they manage ~1500-1800 units, and ~80% are owned internally, so their team is trained to treat every property as if it's their own.
