No sense in reinventing the wheel starting out.

You will need to either reinvent yourself or find a money partner to be a investor.

You will generally get farther and faster trying not to reinvent the wheel.     

Don't reinvent the wheel, find others that are doing it successfully and learn from them. 

To many of the newbies and some older investors are trying to reinvent the wheel.

But I so wanted to be able to learn a real system to get myself and family involved in real estate without having to reinvent the wheel.  

We prefer to store documents electronically versus hard-copy.I'm assuming this is pretty common to a lot of contractors out there, so if someone had a procedure already written up its could save us from "re-inventing the wheel," that would be great.

You don't need to re-invent the wheel, just keep it simple, clean, be a good responsive host, provide value in whatever form you think your guest demands.

This is your opportunity to reinvent yourself and target all decisions toward real estate investing.
