Its since sold and whomever is rehabbing it is making it look really nice, but I seriously wonder WTF was going on in that one "dark red" bedroom, like there was a cigarette smoking competition going on for the last 10 years. 

A couple of days after that, he called me and said he was ready to sell but countered me at $310,000.

I'd love to have a service that does all the heavy lifting stuff for me at a decent price and also one that I can be relatively assured is backed or supported by an attorney.
