Securities seem to be very misunderstood and I won't pretend to understand all aspects of securities investing but I generally have a good idea of what I invest in and my expectations from it.Funny, we seem to have opposite investing strategies in a sense as I invested in Real Estate very early on and now that my properies are throwing off some nice cash flow I am investing that income into the stock market for additional passive income and capital appreciation.
