I'll have to check it out for sure.I have heard we are at the start of a recession, but all the BC real estate boards are predicting it to be short lived and actually end in 2020.

@Jon Sidoti  Sounds like you have plenty of cash and I predict there will be a ton of incoming offers to connect. 

The school predicted (correctly) that lawsuits are a growing part of modern life.One of the real estate cases (New York State) I remember discussing was decided in an era when buyers had the duty to be aware of what they were buying.

The work that they do is not predictable. 

Is it too complex to predict?

The pundits are never right in their predictions- timing wise anyway.

Predicting the future is impossible 5 years ago Grey in the kitchen was unheard of, Now everyone does it.In 4-5 years my bet is on yellow, but it could well be Neon Pink and Green 

I always recommend finding something with predictability, not speculative neighborhoods or "pigs" marketed as "cash-cows."

I am very interested in this property because I predict major appreciation here in the next 5-10 years, like 200-300% and I know it will be able to cash flow once renovated in the mean time.
