Hi I’am interested in the home flipping business and I would like to learn , however with 3 kids is not  easy to read book in this house  i was wondering if there was  anyone around New York City Manhattan, Bronx or the 5 borrows that would be willing to teach me through the process?

I want to purchase my first investment property in the US, currently I reside in NYC - Manhattan but unfortunately the condos in Manhattan are at crazy prices (well out of my budget).

@Kaliya NikoleThere are some areas like Manhattan that traditionally haven't had an official MLS, so many agents in those areas don't necessarily join NAR.

All over the state they are popping up, especially in towns where the trains run directly into Manhattan.

In Manhattan, New York, where I currently am, rental prices are about 15-20% cheaper in the winter months. 

Currently I live very frugally, living off a very low amount a few miles outside Manhattan.

My income is 5k a month at a stable government job in Manhattan.

At the moment, I would be on rather low end pf cash-flow.
