I would like to rent the home out, split the shop into 2-4 storage units rent these, and I am also considering paving or leveling / gravel fill a small area with a secure fence for boat / RV storage. 

I remember one time buying a buildable 40 acre property, with paved road access for $4,200 and selling it for way more than that.

Pad around here and surely up there should be at least 6" if RVs are actually parked on paved areas/pads.

Looking to redo a driveway this spring and either pave or re-grade.

"This was an e mail I got just yesterday.. offering 700 dollars.. well I looked the lot up and somehow it got through the cracks its worth about 30k.. it has paved water sewer elec lake view etc..

I don't know if you really are who you say, I don't know if the person I am spending hours of my limited time following is missing a step - so I'm starting off with the rounded $2k for the Renatus Essentials package, and I will follow the path paved by those who have proven and been vetted to have "it" figured it out.I have several people willing, ready and able to HELP me.

The old unsealed permeable slab in the garage could have been a major harbinger of nastiness of years past, with god knows what being done in there and the slab soaking it up; that being said, the epoxy should seal that off fairly well...  

I've only flipped and rented SFH but stumbled on this tiny mobile home park in an area we want to get aggressive investing in the area it is in. 11 lots: - 9 MBH (100% occupied)- 1 single family "stick" house (occupied)- 1 vacant lot---- Utilities all paid to county and by tenants- 3 of the MBH are park-owned and currently under 'rent-to-own' agreements- Age: half are mid 90's to 2000's, other half mid 80's- Half have been renovated in past months- No paved driveway roads leading to homes, just on side road.
