We want to make sure that a buyer will be able to receive lending on the property before we decide to take it on.From what I've researched, it looks like most lenders require it to be built after 1976, not be in a trailer park, inspected by a structural engineer, and to have a "permanent foundation".

But assuming I had my job still, this would get me the 4th house, but after that I would run into this same exact problem for the 5th house as the banks continue to count mortgages against me and no rent.So what I'm after is a more permanent solution.
