Permanent Renters - This tenant pool is credit based and typically are the mission critical workers.

I've been here in PR permanently  now close to 6 years and purchased my first  property near Jobos beach  2 years ago. 

i recently got Permanent residency in Canada and my household income is 166k CAD (mine 85k CAD and spouse 81k CAD per annul).

We want to make sure that a buyer will be able to receive lending on the property before we decide to take it on.From what I've researched, it looks like most lenders require it to be built after 1976, not be in a trailer park, inspected by a structural engineer, and to have a "permanent foundation".

But assuming I had my job still, this would get me the 4th house, but after that I would run into this same exact problem for the 5th house as the banks continue to count mortgages against me and no rent.So what I'm after is a more permanent solution.

As I understand it now, the border is open to Canadians, permanent residents and Americans who don't show any symposiums.
