It takes a very well established outfit to pull this off... just some run of the mill or upstarts one needs to be cautious.. the mid west is littered with folks that tried this and sent rehab money and ended up with no rehab done  :( or really crappy work... so while I agree with the statement.. its even more important to vette who one would do this with.

I know that Memphis Invest is one of the biggest and most reputable outfits in town.

Reedy and Company is a great outfit.  

I worked for one of the bigger turn key outfits( co owned) Charlotte is like most markets there are good and bad areas.

Here's the kicker, sometimes these insured outfits don't even carry insurance for the workers they employ!!! 

The market moves quick here and many of the homes are outfitted to be multigenerational, which leads to great potential for turning a large home into multiple units.We are both active duty military and asked both our lender and a mentor of ours about the VA Reno loan, but were advised that there isn’t very much flexibility if we were to take that path.Looking forward to your input and any additional advice you may have,Casandra
