Could bring a partner in, but not too confident in myself yet in this field that I feel it would make it hard to find a partner.

I did a horrible job at vetting this tenant for my ADU, however, I have done nothing but right by this tenant and has numerously asked that she put her boyfriend on the lease to ensure he is covered for rental insurance to keep me safe.

Sometimes it's ambiguous, but even then, why should I bother with the company that has numerous unresolved lawsuits, versus another company that is virtually the same but has none.

This process of embarking on my real estate investing journey has been something I've been hashing out for several months, including visiting a local REIA that really turned me off, numerous networking meet-ups, etc, etc.
