Lot of fist fights in the driveway, kicking each other's cars, cousins and friends getting into fights with them, and at one time I think they were boarding a fugitive because about a dozen cops swarmed on the house (I was watching my surveillance cameras in horror) and grabbed some guy that was running from them and hauled him away in handcuffs.My neighbors think my tenants are drug dealers.

If you end up doing a liner make sure to have camera inspection first to look for breaks, cracks, or tree roots. also if you need to replace the line its likely other leaks will happen in the house. the remaining old pipe may shift during and crack/break (my personal nightmare experience) just be ready to replace most of the waste lines.

One of the best tip that I can to people is that invest in quality cameras for their listings and even take it one step further with video.Action cameras like GoPro are great to get wide angle view of the house and the street, a drone footage around the neighborhood showing parks or market will really increase the interest of potential buyer and help you sell more houses.

I am a hands on, small time landlord doing about everything myself (but contracting out some skilled work)I find housing people worthwhile (and even profitable), but nobody would want a television show about it (think of a camera zooming in on me cleaning carpets or painting walls for hours....snooze)...In fact, I think if you do things right, you can prevent much of the drama (no building disasters or angry tenant confrontations) the staple material that would keep viewers riveted.My strengths would be in the day-to-day, nitty gritty details of small time landlording, especially for part-time landlord that holds down a day job.

We have been having sewer issues and the plumbing company came and ran a camera but never could find the sewer entry...apparently because there isn't one.So now to the even better news.
