I've used home depot/lowes in the past but was looking at using a supplier like Prosource to get my materials.

I assume the lease also has costs you can charge back to remove the materials from the property as well.

I’m going for as little seams as possible.I  like the way hotels do their solid piecing but no clue where to get materials. 

Can you help with the bonus material?

Do you do change orders to cheapen out on certain materials?

Take existing material, repackage it and remove all the negative aspects, then do a hard sell over the web?

You then can cross reference the material cost with what they are charging you and average out what it should cost.  

When you build from the ground up in todays market you are paying top dollar for materials, builder costs, land lots, rates, etc.Log cabins can be tough because most appraisers will only use other log cabins on an appraisal to support value.
