In TN, it is called a Vacation Lodging Specialist (VLS) and as I recall, FL has something similar.Best path would be to check with the real estate commission in your state and get the answer from the source.

Disregarding some of the post that you received concerning drug use there are a lot of high-end areas in the Poconos near the Mount Airy Lodge which is super expensive and a big draw because of the casino.
