Disregarding some of the post that you received concerning drug use there are a lot of high-end areas in the Poconos near the Mount Airy Lodge which is super expensive and a big draw because of the casino.

In my market we a 4% lodging tax added to every reservation.Some other expenses:Marketing (advertising, collecting payments, etc.)Management (even if you manage it yourself, you don't work for free.
