I currently am in a leadership role and manage 70+ highly educated individuals in my respective field, however, I quickly realized it's more of a headache than its worth.

Today I worked in my service business and listened to a leadership meeting live by earbuds, made some calls during my drive time, finished with work, went home and printed a contract/proof of funds I sent for initials last night to deliver to a withdrawn-listing seller I'm tracking down for a client, then went and networked with another Realtor afterwards.

NA Onyido Since the bankruptcy, and the new and improved leadership (business savvy...and not politicians), Detroit is on the rise...and fast.  6 months ago I wouldn't touch them...even though you could make a great return on your money.  

I definately agree that everyone is equal when it comes to being an investor; however, it also seems that in today's world there are still folks that have a hard time seeing women in an leadership role.

Get leadership/management experience along the way. 

The leadership of Bezos, Wilke, Jessy, Blackburn is probably the smartest Tech leaders in the industry.

You would be more likely to find larger community owners at George Allen's International Round Table (an annual event in September every year) or at the annual NCC Fall Leadership Forum, held in Chicago each year - this year November 11-13, or the relatively new event in Atlanta for small South East community owners SECO.

This was a bad leadership tactic for the president of Georgia.
