Use the style that fits you so that the language feels natural to you, and stick to your price parameters for what a "good deal" means to you.

I'm worried about the lease language, identifying in the lease, access to the main house only, and access to the in-law suite only.

There is special language in the NOD and I think NTS as well.

It's built on Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and all the macros are generated in that language.  

Some will have pre payment penalties and some won't but, for the most part, they all have similar language.

It is simple a notice to them stating that you have not received their rent, and yes, language is in it, stating that IF (and note the word IF) rent is not received in my office on or before whatever date your state law says you can file that Notice to Quit, then you will have to take them to court. 

I love the idea of language in the lease stating that rent goes to fees first!

The contract that was sent to me has no language of either the inspection period nor the $5k escrow.

Kevin,You can always assign a contract unless it has specific language to the contrary, it's how you assign it that can be the problem.Nick
