Keep an eye on the Business Journal to see public projects  and employers.  

I am pretty sure you have an idea of what you want to do and giving advice with so little information would be irresponsible.However, I would like to see you do a case study podcast on this development with each episode being like a journal entry essentially into what type of research and rationale went into each decision.

@Tom Nguyen  Even the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) recommends using cost segregation as well as the Journal of Accountancy.

Anyone who has posted anything negative about me or the industry owes it to themselves to read his fact-checked journalism on the subject.

Wall Street Journal of July 13th, 2020; it has a story on its front page that focuses mainly on the present flight of people out of metropolitan New York, & into the small towns of Conn., as seen as safer from the COVID-19 virus, than living in metro-cities, as long as this virus lasts.

When I read the business journal, many of these projects sell within months or years of completion.
