More Public Housing should be built--aka "the Projects".I know they are crime holes, It's better than homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks, and it keeps the crime concentrated in one area.Most of these people are probably just between Prison Sentences.

These past few years the burglaries has risen, especially with the homeless and addicts stealing the tenants bicycles which you can pretty much find down beside their tents they set up in the city park or beside the creek here. 

You'll take home less, but it'll be worth it if they agree to help and mentor you.

His son was on drugs and other wise homeless.
