In fact over the last 35+ years we have held many seller financed properties & have only had 1 foreclosure that we subsequently flipped for a good profit & again held the note.

Seems wrong, but in other places similar rent control law has held up to legal challenges. 

The account is held by a custodian (trust company) so every transaction and investment you make in your IRA has to go through them.

The problem is they are both held on the first Tuesday of the month at about the same time of day. 

I have bought and held, flipped, wholesaled and love the industry...at least I do again after 2008 lol 

@Jim P.While both solo 401k participants funds may be held in one bank account, from a long-term planning perspective, distribution, planning, and audit perspective, it may be best to hold each participants funds in separate participant accounts. 

They are held every Wednesday morning at 9:00 at Lucky Brewgrille on Johnson Dr. 5401 Johnson Dr, Mission, KS 66205

They are held on the last Tuesday of the month.  

That is completely different when you've held the property as a rental.
