I am fascinated with everything I have learned about asset protection and was excited to personally form my own corporation.

When you average it all out, buying mortgages that have been picked over by hedge funds, investment partnerships, and bulk buyers, and are whats remaining, can not result in a profitable experience, on average, especially with adding a reasonable cost for your time.I guess I somewhat understand the individual investors fascination with these NPLs.  

I've done a lot of reading into Texas lease options (specifically how they can't be longer than 6 months - mainly due to old time mineral rights contracts), and it fascinates me how other investors do them successfully, and without potential litigation.

Fascinating how corrupted Wall St. brokers and rating agencies can topple a housing market. 

Also have to say that @Brandon Turner comments about 1st visit being just to test the mutual comfort level was fascinating... didn't even enter my head.  

As a kid, I was fascinated with Bob Villa's television shows and thought one day I could be the female Bob Villa, but those ideas were abandoned due to the real world saying you need to get a "real job".

A large governmental influence combined with a corporate effort is a force to give our focus, attention...and possible fear.This should prove to be a fascinating thread. 

I've always been fascinated by real estate  but always thought it was something for people more savvy,  hip, cool, rich, together, smart (I could keep going) than I am  but after stumbling  (by accident ) onto Bigger Pockets and listening to a few of Brandon's podcasts (investing with low/no money down- awesome!)

I am a bit nerdy when it comes to real estate and loans, I am fascinated by it and how it all works along with the history and future of the same.The stark difference between my path and that of street level investors is I am not here moonlighting.
