@Jay Thomas appreciate your sharing and hearing your alternative perspective to that shared by @Royce Talbo.In our lives outside of real estate, we've had the benefit of being exposed to quite a bit of research that comes to the same conclusion you appear to--that there are outcomes in real estate that are difficult to explain if bias is not the source of the individual behaviors.

Seasoned ones typically choose wholesaling as their business model, because they can net 10k-30k or more per deal, in less than a month, and they aren't exposed to the market fluctuations or risks. that's a WIN for any business.

Hi Kate,Here are some items:- Propane grill anchored into the ground so guests can't move it- We buy DVDs at garage sales and do that instead of cable and also get a Smart TV with HDMI so guests can bring their Roku or Fire stick- Boardgames and puzzles- Schlage Encode wireless lock.

@Richard Clark You’re wasting your time trying to wholesale REO’s or other mls properties….1) these properties have already been exposed to the retail market2) they are smart enough to require a Legit POF in Your name.
