I have seen people give up properties in 2013 that they bought in 2005, the watch them explode higher.

It also seems like the right thing to do as COVID is exploding in CA, and there are near zero ICU beds available in most of the state.

Absolutely horrible idea that would explode the national deficit to an unprecedented level in no time flat, not to even go down the rabbit hole of how it would target the poor and middle class. 

we ended up missing the height of the market cause we were just too slow and we wasted a ton of money.definitely a great learning experience and I have great cash flow now but this could have gone quite differently if we weren't in such a crazy market where the rents exploded.

I do think downtown is starting to level off and the Heights is absolutely exploding.
