I have read about those sorts of responsibilities of a lien holder but those were in the New England states that have much older statutes.

I’ll also add that one of the great things about investing in the mountains of NH is that it is truly a 3 (maybe 3.5) season market: classic New England-class ice skiing in the winter, great 4K peak hiking in the summer, and world-class leaf-peeping in the fall.

So, some of the rises are because the currency is programmed to fall (Fed inflation target in the USA, Bank of England target in the UK, etc).

Those areas have far better skiing (WAY taller mtns), far better hiking (WAY taller mtns, better views) & WAY better fall foliage (better in New England than PA).

Portsmouth is one of the nicest places to live in New England and its growth is spilling over into the surrounding towns.

So Im not completely in over my head then.The lot is about a 30 minute drive away from me, and I live close to campus, but I am primarily looking to start a portfolio and build it up in the New England area.

Are traditional Glamping set-ups such as Yurts and bell tents viable during a New England winter?
