I’ll also add that one of the great things about investing in the mountains of NH is that it is truly a 3 (maybe 3.5) season market: classic New England-class ice skiing in the winter, great 4K peak hiking in the summer, and world-class leaf-peeping in the fall.

So, some of the rises are because the currency is programmed to fall (Fed inflation target in the USA, Bank of England target in the UK, etc).

Those areas have far better skiing (WAY taller mtns), far better hiking (WAY taller mtns, better views) & WAY better fall foliage (better in New England than PA).
