Evictions are only disrupted if the landlord accepts payments after an eviction suit is underway.The short of it is that a "mandated" pay-in-full, all or nothing policy caused more trouble than it's worth for our customers.

Option #1: I can buy a property in good school district @ $300k that barely cash flows positive after 25% down @ 4.5% interest .Option#2: Because the $500k+ market is not that hot, I can buy & move into a new home (~$500k) within the same area(Allen, TX) with minimal disruption to kids schooling and rent my current residence (SFR) valued at $550k+.
