I do believe though that it is more valuable to attach a positive behavior to the bonus.

Hi Everyone,I'm getting complaints of unruly behavior at my apartment complex.

Bylaw tells the correct behavior, but no statements on punishment.  

Sure these increase the value of the house but they also consume cash and there's no way they improve your cash flow, unless you charge the neighbors to watch movies on your new 70" 4K display! 

They often attract a poorer quality tenant and usually having a lower standard for tenant screening and tenant behavior..........thereby creating slums.It's so true that someone will call you a slumlord (often behind your back) pretty much no matter how nice your rentals.

I don't like hearing that, of course.When I exhibit patient behavior, I am rewarded!

This type of behavior pisses me off even more, as you can imagine.

This eliminates bad behavior on the part of the pet a vast majority of times.
