hello Nicholas thank you for taking the time to read my little blog and responding, I am not quite sure what house hack is would you be able to describe it more to me and any sources I could use to look more into that ?

I'd be surprised if there is a sustainable builder in Texas that I have not at least talked to, if I don't actually know them.I am trying to develop projects that allow these folks to showcase their work so people may discover that they can live in healthy, efficient, comfortable, forever homes that don't burn,  and are insect proof and mold free.

I came across this BP thread listing the Top 10 Real Estate Markets for Cash Flow in 2024https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/best-real-estate-markets-...However, it didn't mention some of the markets I see talked about the most likeOhio and Tennessee etc  I don't see anyone talking about McAllen or Idessa Texas.What am I missing?

We discovered the issue after they moved out.Insurance was only able to pay out $5k.
