Clint and the others I've seen on ABA videos seem very knowledgeable but I can't help but think a lot of the explained strategies are may be overkill and costly, especially for those of us that are just getting started or trying to build a foundation.

You should sit down with an attorney to go over these items to get a foundation for moving forward.

These are slow growth approaches, but they make it much easier for some folks to get their start, and after one or two transactions (2-5 years) a very secure foundation is laid and momentum can increase.
