I also invest in other assets such as stocks, and private companies as well. for RE agents I see absolutely no conflict.. its their job.. not every agent starting out can afford to buy a rental.. and note very agent even wants to own a rental ( like me) I only like to deal in land when I sold RE to the public .

These agents work for free till they close a deal, so make sure you know that going into it.

The bottom line is that you'll want to learn from someone for the first handful of deals and progressively take more and more on yourself until you can fly on your own.

Full disclosure, I only deal in LTR at the moment, but I know when I am not getting the quality applicants or volume that I want, I will lower the price by $50 to $100 per week to spur more applications.

Paul and Special Financing Company both  promised they would take care of this by December 27th and then just today in the mail I got two letters saying that they had transferred my loan to another company...That is the most insane thing I have ever encountered in all the years of dealing with shady businesses on the internet-!!!!
